I'll explain my current business and ordering policies on this page.

Shipping and Handling

I attempt to ship your order as soon as I receive it and never charge your account until shipment is ready.  Please note your credit card statement will reflect your purchase as a charge at Food For Thought, our retail natural food store of 20 years, in Narragansett, RI.

I offer the following shipping methods: Standard UPS Ground or US Post Office and I will do whatever possible to meet your special shipping requests.

Returns

Customers often ask what my return policy is. I aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, I want to hear about it. Let me know if something is wrong and I'll will do what I can to make it right.  Honestly, I've NEVER had any item returned because the buyer was unhappy with their purchase.
I can accept any credit card and never share your financial information or contact information in any way.
