The smallest grate is 6" per side has 6 openings for shells and one for sauce cup  wgt 6oz.  This model is most popular for use in a more formal setting.  The prestigious Dunes Club in Narragansett RI and the Farmington CT Country Club are two of the many places that currently use this model daily.

   Our Gourmet Set Triangular grate has 16 openings, is 10" per side,  the grooved serving  tray stops juices from spilling and also is a fine cutting board. The tray is 12"x12"   total wgt 3.2#.  This is our original design and has proven to be the most popular model for homeowner use although many restaurants do use it as well. 

   The largest grate has 52 openings with dimensions 11.5"x16"  wgt 2.2#.  This model is sized to fit on a hotel 1/2 sheet for ease of use in cooking clams casino, stuffed oysters etc. both in the oven and on the grill.   This is the model prefered by the true "Shellfish Lover" and I personally have used it to cook and serve  thousands of clams casino using my wife's Bettes recipe.
