GreatGrates are also sold as Gilchrist's Shellfish Grillers. However, recently I decided that name was too limiting because GreatGrates are so much more versitile than just being used on a grill. Many cooks use them to bake and serve juicy oysters, clams and mussels with a "Wow" factor that their customers and friends really love. They have been used extensively in restaurants to serve baked and grilled Itailian oysters and delicious clams casino. Nationally known chefs Steven Raichlen, Jasper White and Chris Schlesinger have used them personally as well in their restauraunts and shows and have nothing but praise for what GrateGrates do for easily serving and quickly cooking delicious juicy shellfish. |
